At Diesel Injection Services we diagnose and repair all diesel fuel systems on the market, whether on your car, van, tractor or truck.

We offer expert authorised service on diesel injection systems, Bosch, Delphi, DENSO, Continental-VDO (Siemens) & Stanadyne.

We can take in your vehicle, diagnose the problem, remove and refit the pump and injectors, and remanufacture the pump and injectors, all using only genuine parts. Vehicle diagnosis is carried out using the latest diagnostic equipment - Bosch KTS, Delphi Diamand II, DENSO DST1, DST-PC, TEXA etc. 

As BDC (Bosch Diesel Centre) we have the highest standards of Workshop, Equipment, Technical Qualifications, and range of services. Our workshop was rebuilt in 2007. All our Bosch test bench's were calibrated by Bosch in 2016.

Bosch have introduced the Quality Scan system as a special proof of quality. Common-rail injectors (CRI) and common-rail pumps(CP) are fitted with special adhesive repair ID labels or with repair ID clips in the case of common-rail injectors for commercial vehicles (CRIN).

By using the QualityScan app to scan the code on the injector the customer can read component data such as repair ID, repair date, IMA code or contact details of the diesel specialist performing the work

We are authorised Common-Rail repairers.
All repair work is carried out in-house using the latest technology, Bosch 815 test bench's, AVM2PC, CRI-Pc, CRP-Pc, etc.
All our staff are constantly retraining to keep up with ever changing technology. We offer customers exchange pumps to speed up the repair.
